The Tommy the Clown Foundation is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization in the State of California.

MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a creative and social outlet for at-risk youth that helps to avoid the misplaced creative energy that results in gang violence, crime, and abuse and that increases success in education, productive citizenship,  and personal accountability. Tommy the Clown offers a wide variety of youth programs both in schools and throughout the community.
